Seven guiding values and nine rules apply to everything here: backed up, transparent, consistent. The paper does not belong to Daniel alone: anyone can suggest improvements. It also shows the roadmap openly, from the community via an association to a possible party.
All three criteria must be met, after 6 months at the earliest (so from April 19, 2027). Stage 1 has been running since October 19, 2026.
